MORE STUDENTS HAVE PASSED WITH BARBRI THAN ALL OTHER COURSES COMBINED.
Each BARBRI review course includes all you need to succeed on the bar exam. The BARBRI course in preparation for the Delaware bar exam is operated by Widener Delaware Bar Review, an affiliate of BARBRI run by the Bar Programs office of Widener University School of Law, the only law school located in the State of Delaware. The course is comprised of substantive law lectures covering all the tested subject areas, as well as workshops devoted to the Essay, Performance Test and MBE portions of the exam. Simulated exams are used to improve your skills in these areas. Our method includes listening, reading and application. This allows you to go beyond mere memorization and develops the requisite command of substantive law. With outlines, lectures, workshops and practice questions, students receive everything necessary to pass the Delaware bar exam the first time.
Course Components
The Outlines
Students receive comprehensive bar exam-oriented outlines covering both the Multistate Bar Examination (MBE) and Delaware essay portions. Widener Delaware Bar Review utilizes a special three volume copyrighted set of materials on Delaware state law, prepared exclusively by experts on Delaware law, as well as BARBRI multistate materials.
The Lecture Series
Substantive lectures cover each multistate and state subject, highlighting the most frequently tested issues and providing the tools necessary to handle them. Morning sessions begin at 9:00 am, and evening recorded replay sessions start at 6:00 pm. Classes generally meet 5 days each week and some Saturdays. Length of class varies with lecture presented; MBE lectures are typically 3–4 hours while Delaware lectures take 1.5–4 hours. Students receive live instruction on Delaware law, and video lectures by the BARBRI national staff of experts on the MBE.

Students will apply Professor Marino’s techniques to essays written in class under simulated exam conditions.
