The BARBRI programs for Pennsylvania and New Jersey offer a unique combination of the national expertise necessary for scoring well on the MBE, together with a program run by attorneys who are actively practicing law. Dale Larrimore and Tom Farnish, partners in Larrimore & Farnish, LLP, provide up to date knowledge of the most recent developments in the law of Pennsylvania. They have a combined experience of helping students pass over 145 bar examinations in Pennsylvania.
Dale serves on the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, where he is an active member of the Amicus Curiae Committee and reviews the most significant appellate decisions as they are released by the courts. He has been selected as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" by the publishers of Philadelphia Magazine and Law & Politics, and he sits as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia. An adjunct professor at the law schools of both Temple and Villanova Universities, Dale has run courses to help students pass every bar exam in Pennsylvania since February of 1975.
Tom serves on the Professional Guidance Committee and the Professional Responsibility Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association, reviewing ethical rules and providing ethical guidance and advisory opinions to attorneys. Tom lectures regularly on professional responsibility as tested on the MPRE at every law school in Pennsylvania and Delaware, plus Rutgers-Camden Law School in New Jersey. Tom practices law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and he has helped students pass the bar exams in both states since July of 1981.
