Proven Outlines and Testing Materials

The Conviser Mini Review (CMR) Volume contains capsule outlines, flow charts, comparison charts, exam tips and other tools to help your learn the law. The CMR is your primary reading source during the bar review course.

The Multistate (MS) Volume is written and edited by our editorial staff and law professors. This outline provides comprehensive coverage of the black-letter rules tested on all sections of the New Jersey Bar Exam.

FinePoints™ are provided for subjects most frequently tested on the New Jersey essay section of the bar exam. They are issue-spotting checklists designed as a final study tool.

Lecture Handouts encourage active learning and allow for easy note taking. Handouts highlight the most frequently tested issues and use hypos drawn directly from past bar exams.

Comprehensive Testing

The New Jersey Test (NJT) Volume is designed to give you significant experience with essay and multiple choice questions likely to appear on the local day of the New Jersey Bar Exam. The questions provided are either drafted by BARBRI's editorial staff or provided by the bar eaminers. BARBRI's model answers give detailed explanations of the black-letter law concepts tested in each question. Essay answers are individually graded and critiqued for style and content by BARBRI staff attorneys admitted to practice in New Jersey.

The Multistate Testing (MPQ & MSE) Volumes expose you to the various types of questions likely to appear on the actual Multistate day of the New Jersey Bar Exam. These volumes contain more than 2,000 questions including six levels of practice questions, released questions and several practice exams, all with detailed explanatory answers.
