The New York prices shown below are effective through July 31, 2011.  The first $250 paid is a non-refundable registration fee.

Early Enrollment Discount Through 10/31/2010:
An Early Enrollment Discount of $150 will be applied to all new registrations submitted from 8/1/2010 through 10/31/2010.

BARBRI MOBILE: Now you can study anytime, anywhere with BARBRI mobile for the iPhone®, iPod touch^®, or iPad^®. It only costs $295 to upgrade to BARBRI Mobile. If you do not have your own  iPhone®, iPod touch^®, or iPad^®, you may lease an iPod touch^® from us for a $200 refundable deposit.

BARBRI GUARANTEE: Effective with the Summer 2010 course, if you take a BARBRI bar review course for a particular state and you are unsuccessful on that state’s bar exam, you may repeat the same course for the same state without paying tuition upon furnishing proof of having not passed that state’s bar exam. If you take a BARBRI bar review course for a particular course and you do not sit for that state’s bar exam, you may repeat the same course for the same state by paying ½ of the alumni tuition in effect at the time of taking the repeat course. Your repeat course must be for the immediately subsequent exam offered and does not include any upgrades, including BARBRI Mobile.  For any subsequent courses, alumni tuition will apply for up to 10 years. If you choose to utilize the one free repeat, your previous book deposit will be rolled over to your repeat course and your books may be exchanged for new editions if any new editions have been published. 

ALUMNI POLICY: Effective with the Summer 2010 course, if you take a BARBRI bar review course in a second state or repeat a course more than once in the same state, you may take that course at the alumni price in effect at the time of taking the second state or repeat course. Alumni course must be taken within 10 years of the original course.
