The Mini Review contains Flow Charts and Comparison Charts to aid you in visualizing the law. Throughout the Mini Review are "Exam Tips," warning you of hazardous bar exam "pitfalls." THE TESTING

THE NEW YORK TESTING VOLUME is designed to give you significant experience in dealing with the type of multiple choice and essay questions likely to appear on the New York Bar Exam. The answers provided are either drafted by BARBRI's editorial staff or provided by the Bar Examiners and give a detailed explanation of the black letter law concepts tested in the questions. Selected essays are individually graded and critiqued for style and content by BARBRI New York attorneys. The average grades and common errors are given for each essay assigned for grading so students can gauge their individual performance against their classmates' performance.

THE MULTISTATE TESTING VOLUMES are designed to give you significant experience in dealing with the various types of questions likely to appear on the Multistate Bar Exam (MBE). These workbooks, comprised of drills, three levels of questions and practice exams, all with detailed explanatory answers, provide the same level of difficulty as the bar exam. The drills section provides an approach for problem solving and focuses on the law and techniques for answering multistate questions. BARBRI provides actual released MBE questions as well.

THE MULTISTATE TESTING DRILLS This workshop analyzes questions covering the areas of law you will see on the Multistate Bar Exam and available at www.barbri.com. Following completion of each Multistate subject, you are assigned drills questions and an analysis available via streaming audio at www.barbri.com.
