PROFESSOR RICH FREER
Rich Freer is the Robert Howell Hall Professor of Law at Emory University where he teaches Civil Procedure and Business Associations. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of California at San Diego and his J.D. from UCLA.
At Emory, he has been named Most Outstanding Professor eight times. He has also been named BLSA Professor of the Year five times and has received the University's highest teaching award.
He is the author or co-author of 16 books, including widely-adopted casebooks and treatises in Civil Procedure and Business Associations.
