Dan Forkrud’s formidable talents and experience transverse the areas of operations, finance, and strategy. He brings these together in his current BARBRI role, providing leadership for the operational efforts across BARBRI’s product lines. Charged with the strategic direction and performance of the critical business units including course delivery, supply chain management. customer success and support. Dan is known among his teams and colleagues as a motivating leader who produces strong results through innovative thinking and a collaborative team approach.

Prior to his current leadership role, Dan was in financial planning and analysis, responsible for the business forecasting and budgeting for the BARBRI business units. These experiences, along with his strong project management and IT development background, enabled him to become highly skilled at cross-functional and cross business unit management and prioritization. Dan also offers a breadth of systems experience, having led the design, testing, and launch of operating systems.

Dan’s diverse background, strategic grasp of the business, and his ability to quickly identify critical metrics and impact performance make him an integral member of the BARBRI leadership team.

Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Carleton College. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Jaimie, and their two children; as well as participating in many outdoor activities; including fishing, hunting, and various sporting activities.
