Andrew R. Klein is the dean and Suzanne Reynolds Distinguished Chair in Law at Wake Forest University School of Law. Before joining Wake Forest, he served as the dean of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and interim chancellor of IUPUI. A graduate of Emory University School of Law and former editor-in-chief of the Emory Law Journal, Professor Klein clerked for Judge Joseph W. Hatchett on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and practiced with Sidley & Austin in Chicago. His scholarship focuses on torts, civil procedure, and environmental law, and his casebooks are widely used in law schools nationwide.
