Professor Paula Franzese

Paula Franzese is the Peter W. Rodino Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law and one of the most decorated legal educators in the country. A ten-time recipient of the Professor of the Year Award, she is a national authority on Property Law, Ethics, and Fair Housing. Professor Franzese also serves as Special Counsel for Attorney Ethics, Leadership and Professionalism, and directs the Leadership Fellows Program. She has authored multiple books and articles aimed at increasing equity, access, and understanding in legal education and beyond. In 2020, she was named one of the Top Women in Law by the New Jersey Law Journal.
