Samuel P. Jordan

Samuel P. Jordan is a Professor of Law at Saint Louis University School of Law, where he teaches Civil Procedure, Federal Courts, and Conflict of Laws. A graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, Professor Jordan clerked for Judge Milton I. Shadur and later taught at Harvard Law School as a Climenko Fellow His scholarship explores the intersection of jurisdiction, procedural fairness, and federalism. Since joining the SLU Law faculty in 2007, he has become a respected scholar in civil adjudication and a consistent contributor to legal education reform.
