This CLE webinar will guide counsel through recent artificial intelligence (AI) innovations being used in family law practice to enhance case management, improve decision-making, and streamline client services. The panel will discuss the legal implications of these technologies and offer best practices for integrating AI into family law practice while addressing ethical and privacy concerns.

Mr. Kalson is CEO and Co-founder at Etheia Consulting LLP.

For over a decade, trial lawyer Ms. Duggan-Herd has represented clients throughout San Diego, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. For her entire career, she has exclusively practiced family law. Ms. Duggan-Herd has been certified by the State Bar of California as a Family Law Specialist. She received her B.A. with honors in Sociology with from U.C. San Diego. Ms. Duggan-Herd received her juris doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law, where she participated on the National Moot Court Team, was in leadership positions with the Moot Court Honors Council, GSA Outlaws, and served as a practicing intern/extern with a private family law attorney, the Spokane Public Defender, and the Hon. Neal Q. Reilly.

Mr. Vaughn has a B.A. from Augustana College, a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. During law school he also studied international law and commercial arbitration at Oxford University, he also has a certificate in data analytics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mr. Vaughn was a celebrity divorce attorney in Chicago and law school professor of family law at Loyola. He was named an Innovator by Crain's Chicago Business after inventing the algorithm that predicts the cost of divorce. Mr. Vaughn was named one of the top 10 Family Law lawyers in Illinois and won every other BS legal award from Superlawyers to Best Lawyers in America. He sold his law firm and retired at the age of 38. Mr. Vaughn now owns an Artificial Intelligence company and a digital marketing firm. He is still active as a lecturer for Bar organizations, a law/tech policy advisor, and is active in assisting court systems with helping pro se litigants.
