Mr. Epperson has a wide range of experience in environmental, health, and safety law. He counsels clients regarding regulatory compliance, transactions, and permitting/entitlement issues. In addition, he represents clients in administrative enforcement actions and advises clients in their efforts to investigate and remediate contaminated properties, including associated cost recovery efforts and regulatory agency oversight. Mr. Epperson provides transactional due diligence, identifying and resolving environmental and natural resource issues to facilitate transactions, including for renewable energy projects. In addition to his practice, Mr. Epperson serves as an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University School of Law, is an advisor to the Bar Association of San Francisco Environmental Law Section Executive Committee, and is a former member of the California State Bar Environmental Law Section Executive Committee.

Mr. Lentz has over 18 years of experience providing storm water and multi-media compliance support. He has successfully managed large, logistically challenging projects and has extensive experience developing compliance programs involving storm water, hazardous waste, wastewater, and more. He has performed environment audits/assessments and assisted with the implementation of environmental management systems and compliance programs. A significant portion of his practice involves assisting clients comply with NPDES storm water regulations.

Mr. Perel is a partner in the Environmental and Natural Resources Practice Group with vast experience in the real estate capital markets, financial services, real estate, insurance and reinsurance, and hospitality and travel industries. With nearly 40 years of experience, his practice encompasses all aspects of environmental law affecting corporate and real estate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate development and redevelopment projects, environmental risk management and insurance, remediation of contaminated properties, Brownfield redevelopment, and environmental compliance and due diligence. Mr. Perel also litigates complex environmental and environmental insurance coverage claims and disputes.
