Description
A highly connected, global economy makes cross-border collaboration more important than ever. Business and employment-based immigration allows companies to hire foreign professionals who may have skills, knowledge, and talent not available in the local labor market. For this reason, U.S. companies often need to have immigration strategies and protocols in place.
Immigration lawyers must understand the key routes to employment-based immigration, including temporary (non-immigrant work) visas and obtaining permanent residency through the PERM labor certification process or through PERM process alternatives.
Listen as our panel discusses the key concepts of business immigration, requirements for employment-based visas, routes to permanent residency, and key considerations for immigration attorneys and employers.
