An attorney, forensic accountant/valuation professional, therapist, and financial planner will walk through how a team may coordinate strategy from assessment and pre-filing through discovery, settlement design, and trial preparation.

Description

The faculty will use case vignettes to illustrate the issues most critical to cost, delay, and affected outcomes. The experts will discuss asset identification, business valuation and tax impacts, support frameworks, parenting and co-parenting dynamics, and post-judgment financial planning.
