About the Course
Introduction
This CLE webinar will provide family law counsel and allied professionals with a practical, cross-disciplinary examination of divorce matters involving potentially significant assets, closely held businesses, children, high conflict, and/or alleged emotional abuse. An attorney, forensic accountant/valuation professional, therapist, and financial planner will walk through how a team may coordinate strategy from assessment and pre-filing through discovery, settlement design, and trial preparation.
Description
The faculty will use case vignettes to illustrate the issues most critical to cost, delay, and affected outcomes. The experts will discuss asset identification, business valuation and tax impacts, support frameworks, parenting and co-parenting dynamics, and post-judgment financial planning.
Listen as the panel discusses best practices for interdisciplinary collaboration, common divorce matter challenges, and practical approaches to guiding clients through financial and emotional high-conflict moments.
