About the Course
Introduction
This CLE webinar will examine how generational diversity in law firms and legal departments can be managed to strengthen inclusion, reduce age-related bias, and improve performance. The panel will address where multigenerational conflict often occurs in practice, including supervision styles, communication preferences, feedback norms, technology adoption, scheduling flexibility, and advancement expectations. The experts will discuss how those dynamics can affect retention, morale, client service, and firm risk.
Description
Legal employers now field mixed-generation teams where differing assumptions about "commitment," "professionalism," or "readiness" can create inequity in work allocation, evaluations, mentorship, and promotion. The panel will explore frameworks for diagnosing bias, improving collaboration, and enhancing firm policies to accelerate team results and satisfaction.
Listen as our panel offers practical pointers for building collaborative multigenerational high-performing legal teams.
