About the Course
Introduction
This course will outline how clients and counsel can use AI more effectively in M&A transactions by exploring target identification, valuation tools, due diligence and contract review applications, and integration strategies to maximize AI benefits. Time will also be spent discussing compliance and regulatory risk and how disclosures and stricter governance mitigate legal risk.
Description
Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming the M&A landscape, and those who understand its impact will have a clear competitive edge. In this session, you'll explore how AI is reshaping every stage of the M&A process from deal sourcing and valuation to due diligence and integration. Learn how to identify AI-driven opportunities, interpret data insights, and position yourself as a forward-thinking leader in an increasingly tech-enabled deal environment.
Listen as our panel examines how to build a more strategic AI toolkit for legal teams and clients, key disclosures, compliance requirements and governance frameworks, and more. After attending, you’ll have the tools necessary to evaluate and implement AI into deal engagements from sourcing to integration, with scalability and risk at the forefront of your analysis.
