Mr. Abshier focuses his practice on civil litigation, workers' compensation, and data breach/privacy matters. He helps both private employers and state entities navigate the Ohio workers’ compensation system and has represented clients in all types of workers’ compensation proceedings, from administrative hearings to appeals. In addition, Mr. Abshier has defended trucking companies and aircraft manufacturers in cases arising from catastrophic accidents involving multiple fatalities. He also has significant experience representing both residential and commercial builders from construction defect claims. He has assisted international companies facing major litigation in the United States and worked with publicly traded companies handling their commercial litigation needs. A Certified Information Privacy Professional/U.S. (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals, Mr. Abshier has received special training in the data breach and privacy fields.

Ms. Sabghir focuses her practice on workers' compensation defense. She helps employers and carriers navigate the New York State workers’ compensation system, and has represented clients in all types of workers’ compensation proceedings. Ms. Sabghir primarily litigates construction claims, collaborating with construction companies, brokers, third-party administrators, carriers, and general liability attorneys to create inclusive claims management and litigation plans. Ms. Sabghir was a founding Partner of the Jones Jones construction litigation team.
