Tara is a former technologist, law firm partner and Chief Digital Officer who has a strong reputation and track record in legal innovation and digital transformation, enhanced by her background working in both the technology and legal industries. Tara currently runs her own digital transformation consultancy, helping businesses with strategy, governance and execution. Over the past few years much of her work has been centered around AI and she has led multiple AI tool selection and pilot processes, including one of the first global rollouts of a legal AI platform. 

Tara collaborated with SkillBurst, a BARBRI company, to help develop new curriculum for the Generative AI Fundamentals for Law Firms series, bringing her deep experience in legal innovation and AI-driven transformation to the program. Her contributions help ensure the content is grounded in real-world strategy and practical application for law firms navigating AI adoption. She played a key role in shaping modules focused on:
