When Do I Report the CLE Credits That I Have Earned?

Kansas attorneys must submit all CLE credits by July 31.

How Do I Report the CLE Credits That I Have Earned?

BARBRI is required to file Kansas attorney attendance electronically within 30 days of the program. Every August, active attorneys will receive a report for the preceding compliance period. If the report is accurate, the attorney is not required to respond, and the report will be filed automatically. If any changes need to be made, attorneys must notify OJA within 30 days of the report date.
