As an advocate you could attend a large variety of civil hearings including mortgage possessions, bankruptcies, summary judgment applications and small claims trials. You will be able to manage your own caseload, formulate submissions, put them before District Judges in chambers and develop the legal skills you have acquired during your professional studies.
