Introduction

This CLE webinar will examine immigration bond practice, starting with the initial determination of detention authority and covering bond hearings, administrative appeals, and federal court challenges. The panel will discuss how to determine bond eligibility, manage evidence regarding danger and flight risk, and develop a compelling record for custody determination and possible future reviews.
